Job Summary:

Detail-oriented Civil Engineer with over four years of experience in the construction and finishing of hotel projects in Alexandria. Skilled in managing structural and architectural works, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and ensuring high-quality execution that meets international hotel standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all civil and finishing works for hotel construction projects.
• Execute structural works including foundations, concrete structures, and blockwork.
• Oversee architectural finishing works (plastering, flooring, tiling, painting, façade works, etc.).
• Coordinate with MEP teams to ensure smooth integration of services within hotel buildings.
• Review drawings, BOQs, shop drawings, and technical submittals.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, timelines, and budgets.
• Conduct quality control inspections and enforce safety regulations.
• Prepare progress reports and attend project meetings with consultants and stakeholders.
• Resolve technical issues on-site efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in hotel construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of structural and finishing works for hospitality buildings.
• Experience working on projects in Alexandria.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
