Job Overview: As the HSE Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and environmental compliance of our company and its employees. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HSE policies and procedures, conducting risk assessments, and providing training and support to all employees. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures in line with industry standards and regulations - Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions - Provide HSE training to all employees and ensure compliance with safety regulations - Monitor and evaluate HSE performance and provide recommendations for improvement - Investigate workplace incidents and accidents, and develop preventive measures to avoid future occurrences - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HSE regulations and industry standards - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure HSE requirements are integrated into all processes and projects - Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with HSE policies and procedures - Develop emergency response plans and conduct drills to prepare employees for potential emergencies - Manage relationships with external HSE agencies and regulatory authorities Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field - Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably in the service or recruitment industry - Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and industry standards - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven experience in developing and implementing HSE policies and procedures - Ability to conduct risk assessments and develop preventive measures - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Proficient in MS Office and HSE software - Relevant certifications (e.g. NEBOSH, OSHA) will be an advantage Working Conditions: This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
