Job Summary:

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will provide strategic leadership, vision, and direction to a furniture manufacturing and/or retail company. The CEO will be responsible for driving growth, ensuring operational efficiency, strengthening brand presence, and maintaining the company's market position in a competitive industry. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of furniture design, production, supply chain, and retail or B2B markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and implement long-term strategies aligned with the companys mission, vision, and values.

  • Identify new market opportunities and drive expansion (domestic and international).

  • Guide digital transformation, including e-commerce and tech integration in operations.

• Operations Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations including manufacturing, logistics, sales, and customer service.

  • Ensure production efficiency, quality control, and cost-effective processes.

  • Lead sustainability initiatives in sourcing, materials, and waste management.

• Financial Oversight:

  • Set financial goals, budgets, and forecasts in collaboration with the CFO.

  • Monitor performance metrics and profitability, and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Secure funding and manage relationships with investors and stakeholders.

• Team Leadership:

  • Build and manage a high-performing executive leadership team.

  • Foster a strong organizational culture and promote employee engagement.

  • Oversee talent acquisition, training, and succession planning.

• Marketing & Brand Development:

  • Strengthen brand identity and lead go-to-market strategies.

  • Oversee product development and innovation in line with market trends.

  • Build strong relationships with key customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as CEO or senior executive in the furniture, manufacturing, or retail sector.

• Strong understanding of the furniture supply chain, from design and production to sales and after-service.

• Track record of driving growth, profitability, and operational excellence.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Bachelors degree in Business, Design, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of furniture trends, consumer preferences, and emerging materials.

• Experience with international sourcing, logistics, and trade regulations.

• Familiarity with ERP systems and e-commerce platforms.
