IT Technical Support

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled IT Technical Support professional to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of their IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote access tools

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems

- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software applications

- Monitor and maintain the performance of IT systems to ensure uninterrupted operation

- Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement solutions for complex technical problems

- Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends to provide the best possible support to clients

- Document all technical support activities and maintain accurate records

- Provide training and support to clients on new software or systems as needed

- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including security protocols, to ensure the protection of client data and systems

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or a similar role

- Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software applications

- Familiarity with networking and troubleshooting techniques

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively

- Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) are a plus
