Quality Engineer

Job Title: Quality Control Engineer

Job Description:

• Defect Detection system responsibility.
• Document inspections and updates by completing detailed reports and performance records
• Prepare technical reports, graphs, and charts, and give presentations that summarize monthly quality performance and stock evolution.
• Keep measurement equipment operating by following operating instructions.
• Communicate the results of inspections and put forward corrective suggestions
• Resolve quality-related issues on time.
• Follow up on imported glass and update Reference specs
• Write reports to document deficiencies and errors in products.
• Assist with the development of QA software.
• IMS System Update.
• Handling the Complaints Management System.
• Follow up on the evolution of non-quality cost claims and KPI's.
• Receive and handle third-party audits.
• Participate in the continuous improvement activities.
• Compliance with statutory/legal Occupational Health, Environment & Safety company policies and procedures.
• Compliance with the company QMS, Quality Control, and product compliance.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Keen attention to detail.

Excellent computer skills, including MS Office.
