Job Title: HR Projects Lead – Total Rewards & Recruitment
Job Summary
The HR Projects Lead is responsible for supporting and leading HR initiatives related to Total Rewards, recruitment processes, and HR operational projects. The role focuses on improving HR systems, compensation and benefits structures, and talent acquisition strategies while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This position requires strong project coordination, data analysis, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Projects & Process Improvement

Lead and coordinate HR projects related to recruitment, compensation, benefits, and HR operations.

Support the design and implementation of HR transformation initiatives and automation projects.

Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.

Identify opportunities to improve HR policies, workflows, and employee experience.
2. Total Rewards (Compensation & Benefits)

Support the design and review of compensation structures, salary benchmarking, and benefits programs.

Assist in salary reviews, incentive programs, and reward strategies.

Analyze compensation data and prepare reports for HR leadership.

Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
3. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for key roles.

Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring plans.

Coordinate candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer processes.

Improve recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.
4. HR Analytics & Reporting

Track HR metrics including time-to-hire, compensation benchmarks, turnover rates, and recruitment performance.

Prepare dashboards and reports to support HR decision-making.

Maintain HR databases and ensure data accuracy.
5. Stakeholder Collaboration

Work closely with HR leadership, finance, and department managers on HR initiatives.

Provide guidance on HR policies, compensation practices, and recruitment processes.

Support internal communication related to HR programs and changes.
Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

3+ years of HR experience with exposure to Total Rewards and Recruitment.

Experience in HR projects, compensation analysis, or HR transformation initiatives is preferred.

Knowledge of HR systems and HR analytics tools.

Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
