Job Summary

The B2B Fleet Sales Account Lead is responsible for driving sales of fleet vehicles and related services to corporate clients, government entities, and commercial businesses. This role focuses on building long-term relationships with key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets through strategic account management and consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development

  • Identify and develop new B2B opportunities in corporate, government, logistics, and SME sectors.

  • Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term fleet clients.

  • Conduct market research to identify potential high-value fleet customers.

2. Account Management

  • Manage and grow relationships with existing fleet accounts.

  • Act as the primary contact for key corporate clients.

  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.

3. Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop sales strategies to meet fleet sales targets.

  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and fleet packages tailored to client needs.

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with corporate customers.

4. Client Consultation

  • Understand customer operational needs and recommend suitable fleet solutions.

  • Present vehicle specifications, financing options, and after-sales services.

5. Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work closely with finance, logistics, and after-sales teams to ensure smooth delivery and service.

  • Coordinate fleet deliveries, contracts, and maintenance agreements.

6. Reporting & Forecasting

  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and CRM records.

  • Provide sales forecasts, market insights, and performance reports to management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

  • 4–7 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in automotive, mobility, leasing, or fleet management.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
