Job Objective:
- following up on supply orders for third-party operating customers, following up on production operations, shipping products for third-party operating customers, and completing all required papers until they reach the customer, whether local or export, to achieve a 100% production plan and preparing all required reports on time.
- Overseeing and managing external contract manufacturers to ensure production efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality compliance. The role involves supplier relationship management, contract negotiations, following up production planning, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and company standards
Job duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all contract-manufacturing operations to meet production and business requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with contract manufacturing partners.
- Ensure contract manufacturers adhere to agreed terms, including quality, cost, and delivery timelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams (supply chain, procurement, R&D, and quality assurance) to align production schedules with demand forecasts.
- Ensure production plans are executed efficiently while maintaining cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor and analyze production KPIs, ensuring continuous improvement in contract manufacturing performance.
- Evaluate and select third-party manufacturers based on business needs and strategic goals.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service level agreements with contract manufacturers.
- Optimize production costs while maintaining high-quality standards with planning and production departments
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive efficiency improvements.
- Ensure contract manufacturers comply with company policies, industry regulations, and quality assurance standards (GMP, ISO, FDA, etc.).
- Work closely with quality teams to conduct audits, risk assessments, and compliance evaluations.
- Address quality issues and lead continuous improvement initiatives with contract manufacturers.
- Coordinate material supply, logistics, and production timelines with contract manufacturers to ensure on-time delivery.
- Resolve supply chain disruptions by proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Align contract-manufacturing operations with inventory management and distribution strategies.
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
- Collaborate with R&D and production teams to support new product launches and technology transfers.
- Working to achieve a percentage of no less than 100% of supply orders for all local and export items.
- Coordinate with purchasing to plan purchasing needs based on customer requests.
- Follow up on planning the production program in coordination with production managers to meet customer delivery dates.
- Coordination with other departments (operation - purchasing - quality) to ensure the implementation of all ongoing production plans
- Coordinating warehouse management and logistics services to ensure the smooth flow of products inside and outside Egypt.
- Following up all planning-related reports in coordination with planning department
- Preparing feasibility reports for new products/lines.
- Commitment to implementing occupational safety and health procedures and instructions within the company
Qualifications (Education, Work Experience, Skills and licensing or Certification Required):
- Education: Bachelor Degree in any relevant major.
- Years of experience: 15+ years of experience.
- Computer skills: Very Good knowledge in Microsoft Office.
- Certifications/License: N/A
- Language skills: Excellent command in English Language.
