 Job Description:

We are looking for a Sales Operations Assistant Manager to support the CCO in driving sales efficiency, forecasting, and process optimization. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset and hands-on experience in sales operations.

Key Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 10 years in sales, preferably in sales operations within consumer goods, retail, or distribution.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
    • ERP knowledge and excellent MS Office proficiency.
    • Experience in routing optimization, forecasting, and KPI tracking.
  • Soft Skills: Proactive, structured, and excellent in communication and problem-solving.
  • Language: Good command of English.
  • Mobility: Daily field visits required.
