Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager Marketing to oversee daily office operations and support marketing activities. This hybrid role combines administrative excellence with creative marketing support to ensure smooth office functioning while assisting in the execution of marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Management:

Oversee day-to-day office operations, including supplies, scheduling, mail, and vendor management.

Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient office environment.

Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and executives.

Manage office budgets and expenses; process invoices and expense reports.

Serve as the primary point of contact for building management and service providers.

Onboard and support new employees with workspace setup and administrative needs.
Marketing Support:

Assist with planning and executing marketing campaigns (email, social media, events, etc.).

Manage and update the company website and social media accounts as needed.

Support content creation (e.g., blog posts, newsletters, promotional materials).

Track marketing campaign performance and prepare basic analytics reports.

Coordinate logistics for marketing events, trade shows, and conferences.

Maintain marketing databases, contact lists, and digital asset libraries.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Office Manager or Administrative Assistant; marketing experience is a plus.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Canva, Hootsuite, Google Analytics) is desirable.

Proficient in MS Office and/or Google Workspace.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
