We are an AI-powered website builder that helps creators and small businesses launch beautiful, highly customizable websites quickly and efficiently.

We are seeking a driven, relationship-focused Business Developer to grow our Affiliate, Partner, and SMB customer channels. This role blends account management with proactive business development: you will nurture existing affiliates, partners, and SMB clients while actively sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding new ones to expand reach and revenue.

Our headquarters and daily operations are based in Egypt (Hybrid Cairo preferred), and this position is fully managed and executed from Egypt.

A separate US-registered entity handles all international sales transactions and billing; however, all business development activities, relationship management, and operational processes take place in Egypt.

What You'll Do

Manage the full lifecycle of affiliates, partners, and SMB clients including sourcing, outreach, negotiation, onboarding, and ongoing growth.
Proactively recruit high-value affiliates such as influencers, creators, and agencies, along with strategic partners like marketing agencies, hosting resellers, and marketplaces.
Identify SMBs that would benefit from the platforms solutions and convert them into paying customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with all accounts, serving as the primary point of contact.
Develop and execute affiliate/partner programs, incentive structures, and co-marketing campaigns (promotions, webinars, content collaborations).
Coordinate onboarding, training, and go-to-market materials with Product, Marketing, and Support teams.
Track performance, report on KPIs, and recommend data-driven improvements.
Negotiate terms, commission structures, and agreements while protecting company margins.
Represent the organization at local events, meetups, and online communities to source leads and partnerships.

Success Metrics

Number of new active affiliates, partners, and SMB customers onboarded each quarter
Affiliate/partner-attributed MRR or total revenue contribution
SMB conversion and retention rates
Time-to-first-revenue for new accounts
Average order value and upsell performance

Must-Have Qualifications

02 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management
(startup experience or motivated fresh graduates are welcome)
Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
Strong outreach, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Results-driven mindset with comfort working toward targets and KPIs
Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple accounts and projects
Basic understanding of SaaS and digital marketing

Nice-to-Have

Experience with affiliate or partner platforms (e.g., PartnerStack, Impact, Tapfiliate)
Previous experience working with agencies, creators, or SMB clients
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce) and basic analytics
Knowledge of website builders, e-commerce tools, or marketing automation systems
