• Make arrangement to ensure accurate and timely delivery for inbound and outbound deliveries/ cargoes.

· Accurate and timely shipping documentation in compliance to shipping rules and regulations.
· Timely dispatch of shipping documents and coordination with customers & forwarders
· Release cargo to forwarder according to shipping documents and customers requirements
· Liaise with warehouse supervisor for any additional daily tasks.
· Perform 5S and maintain cleanliness in the warehouse.
· Updating SAP/ NGW records
· Update and maintain integrity of records electronic or hardcopy.
· Accurate and timely information and documentation generation.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experiences in a fast-paced 3PL environment.
  Min certificate in Logistics/ Supply Chain Management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Excel, Powerpoint, Access, VBA)
• Proficient in WMS or SAP.
• Work Schedule: Mon Fri, 0830 - 1815
• Location : East
