Job Description
The Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for building and training the sales and marketing team, developing sales and ordering plans, and implementing online advertising strategies to attract customers, drive revenue growth, and optimize business efficiency and costs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and train the business team; establish sales and ordering plans aligned with company goals.
- Plan and adjust sales and advertising strategies to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of online campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to ensure key KPIs and objectives are achieved.
- Track digital advertising trends and market dynamics to identify factors influencing performance.
- Propose and implement performance improvement initiatives, including ad method and keyword optimization.
- Ensure all advertising activities comply with company policies and relevant data privacy regulations.
- Recommend new strategies and improvements based on market analysis and competitor insights.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination in campaign execution.
- Prepare and deliver performance reports to management and relevant stakeholders.
- Assign tasks, provide guidance, and supervise the progress of team members.
- Train and develop staff to enhance their online advertising knowledge and performance.
- Resolve arising issues and perform other duties as assigned by the Line Manager.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or higher in Marketing, Economics, E-commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Performance Marketing, preferably with platforms such as Amazon, TikTok, Meta, etc.
- At least 1 year of team management experience (team size: 47 members).
- Strong knowledge of performance advertising operations.
- Proven leadership and KPI-setting abilities, with experience in coaching team members.
- Proficient in analytical tools such as Google Sheets and Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Excellent planning and project management capabilities.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Good reading and comprehension skills in English.

Working Hours
