Job Summary

As an account manager, you will play a vital role in managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction and driving revenue growth. Working closely with project managers and engineers to deliver outstanding results while developing your career in account management.

Responsibilities

  • To establish, develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients.
  • To collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and achieved
  • To identify and develop new business opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to existing customers.
  • To create and implement account plans and strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
  • To track account and performance and report on key metrics
  • To serve as primary point of contact for clients, addressing their expectations, needs, issues and requests promptly and professionally.

Requirement

  • Minimum Diploma, preferably in IT related field
  • Excellent interpersonal, organization, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Positive mindset, result-oriented, prominent level of initiative and integrity
  • Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience and business fundamentals
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese
