Job Responsibilities

• Comply with all Company SOPs and meet established service KPIs.
• Perform both indoor and outdoor service activities, including commissioning, repairs, troubleshooting, inspections, modifications, and warranty checks.
• Investigate customer complaints related to product defects, failures, or non-conformance, and propose appropriate corrective solutions.
• Prepare and issue service reports for both on-site and in-house service activities.

• Dismantle cancelled units for return to stock.

• Conduct service and maintenance training sessions for customers on proper product usage
• Supervise Authorized Dealers (ADs) during service work and report any discrepancies observed.

Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant experience
• Possess Minimum ITE in Engineering (Mechanical), Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• English language proficiency needed to prepare service reports.
• IT savy as will require to use Microsoft office, Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
• Willing to work paid overtime after normal work hours.
• Willing to travel around Singapore for outdoor service.
• Independent, responsible and self-motivated with a hands-on approach to work.
• Working location will be in Tuas - with company transport at Lakeside/Choa Chu Kang Mrt Station
