Responsibilities:

  • Plan, schedule, and follow up on daily maintenance activities with contractors and internal teams to ensure timely and effective execution. Record daily outcomes and prepare schedules for upcoming work.
  • Investigate and resolve faults or failures in Equipments, supporting both corrective and preventive actions to ensure reliable operation.
  • Liaise with in-house and external contractors for day-to-day services and major shutdown maintenance activities, including work planning, site coordination, and communication with production teams.
  • Assist in developing and enhancing long-term maintenance strategies to improve equipment reliability and prevent recurrence of issues, in collaboration with production and contractors.
  • Monitor maintenance spare parts inventory, including receiving and issuing updates, and assist with purchase requests for tools, spare parts, and maintenance services.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of documentation such as calibration records, maintenance files, work orders, and compliance with ISO standards and internal SOPs.
  • Uphold Company's EHS policies, support safety and environmental management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001), act responsibly for workplace safety, and contribute to minimizing Major Accident Hazards (MAHs) to ALARP levels.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or the equivalent.
  • Min 5 years experience as Maintenance supervisor/Engineer in a chemical plant.
  • Must have knowledge and hand-on troubleshooting experience on Chemical Plant equipments.
  • Basic understanding of Maintenance technology, Mechanical equipments & manufacturing process.
  • Good team player and communication skills with right attitude towards work progress.
