INSIDE SALES & ADMIN SUPPORT - 5 MONTHS CONTRACT
Job Description:
- $3,500 to $4,000 Monthly Basic
- MNC, Monday to Friday, Office hours
- Working location: JURONG
- 5 Months Contract to cover maternity
Responsibilities:
- Support Sales team on inquiries, preparation of quotation, provide product specifications etc
- Conveys customer requirements to suppliers
- Create PO to suppliers and sales & logistics docs to customers
- Procurement & logistics coordination to meet customer delivery objective
- Provide Office & Admin support
Requirement:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Bilingual in English & Chinese to coordinate with Chinese speaking clients
