Admin cum Receptionist Executive

 Job Description:

Job Responsibilities

Administrative Support:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the logistics department
  • Maintain accurate records of machinery certifications, road tax and insurance renewal
  • Assist in preparing documentation for audits or inspections when required
  • Covering receptionist duty as and when deemed necessary


Logistics Coordination:

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of materials movement to and from sites
  • Liaise with suppliers and Project Staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials and equipment
  • Monitor and update delivery status and provide regular reports to the project team

Inventory Management:

  • Maintain and update inventory records of materials and tools
  • Support stock-taking and asset-tracking exercises

Overtime Tracking & Management:

  • Maintain and update daily records of workers and site staffs working hours and overtime.
  • Collect and verify timesheets, attendance records, and OT claims from site supervisors
  • Prepare and submit monthly OT reports for payroll processing

Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years' of experience as a receptionist (She will be covering the receptionist duties when the existing receptionist is on leave/MC)
  • Must be IT savvy, basic knowledge & experience in Microsoft Word & Excel
