Job Description:
Job Responsibilities
Administrative Support:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the logistics department
- Maintain accurate records of machinery certifications, road tax and insurance renewal
- Assist in preparing documentation for audits or inspections when required
- Covering receptionist duty as and when deemed necessary
Logistics Coordination:
- Assist in the planning and coordination of materials movement to and from sites
- Liaise with suppliers and Project Staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials and equipment
- Monitor and update delivery status and provide regular reports to the project team
Inventory Management:
- Maintain and update inventory records of materials and tools
- Support stock-taking and asset-tracking exercises
Overtime Tracking & Management:
- Maintain and update daily records of workers and site staffs working hours and overtime.
- Collect and verify timesheets, attendance records, and OT claims from site supervisors
- Prepare and submit monthly OT reports for payroll processing
Job Requirements
- At least 2 years' of experience as a receptionist (She will be covering the receptionist duties when the existing receptionist is on leave/MC)
- Must be IT savvy, basic knowledge & experience in Microsoft Word & Excel
