Responsibilities

Trade Communications & Publicity

  • Pioneer game-changing AI solutions for Gemstone
  • Build and maintain relationships with industry experts and trade publications to enhance the companys brand visibility and media exposure
  • Develop strategic communication materials and plan trade show events to effectively showcase the brands AI technology to target audiences

Marketing Campaign Management & Insights Analysis

  • Direct and oversee the conceptualization and production of branding and tactical B2B marketing collaterals (product application sheets, user manuals and video demo content) to promote the brands first optical imaging device and SaaS designed for gemstone assessment
  • Select, manage, and collaborate with agencies to develop and implement go-to-market strategies, driving the Launch Campaign with a strong focus on ROI optimization.
  • Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitors analysis and revenue opportunities in targeted sectors
  • Identify key target audiences and recommend relevant marketing strategies and initiatives to raise brand profile efficiently

Digital Marketing & Performance Tracking

  • Own the performance of direct marketing channels including all digital prospecting & remarketing campaigns from strategy to execution, to grow client base
  • Create tailored content and leverage digital marketing strategies such as SEO, SEM and Social Media to enhance the brands online visibility and image
  • Optimize paid, owned and managed media channels and constantly build an iterate on experiments & research to determine the effectiveness of marketing strategies and analysing website traffic statistics
  • Work alongside internal cross-functional teams from product development, UI/UX design, sales and customer support, to develop quality tailored content strategy to drive increased trade engagement and align marketing efforts with overall business objectives

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Science , Engineering or any related discipline
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in sales, business development and marketing of optical/ electronics/ medical/ industrial products or AI-powered solutions
  • A self-starter with good business acumen with the ability to translate technical concepts into accessible and engaging marketing content for target audiences
  • Familiarity in SEO, SEM, SMM and paid digital media marketing strategies
