Technical Sales Engineer – Intralogistics & Warehouse Automation

Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Sales & Product Promotion: Drive sales for a premium portfolio of Intralogistics solutions, including:
- Modular Automated Storage: Kardex systems (specializing in small parts/bins).
- Pallet Automation: ASRS (Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems) featuring Stacker Cranes and Shuttle systems.
- Mobile Robotics: AGVs (Automated Guided Vehicles) and AMRs (Autonomous Mobile Robots) for production and warehouse material flow.
- Integrated Ecosystems: Ancillary hardware and Warehouse Management Software (WMS).
- Business Development: Build and manage a strategic customer database; execute networking plans and product demonstrations.
- Technical Consulting & Closing:
- Develop technical proposals and commercial quotations based on specific client needs.
- Lead contract negotiations, finalize commercial terms, and close deals.
- Project Coordination: Liaise with Marketing, Service, Design, and Procurement departments to ensure seamless project execution.
- Account Management: Oversee the full sales cycle, including delivery schedules, installation progress, and debt collection.
Requirements:
- Proven track record working with industrial sectors (Electronics, Assembly, Precision Manufacturing, etc.).
- Fast learner with the ability to master new, complex technologies independently.
- Strong aptitude for technical discussions, project scheduling, and price negotiation.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills.
- Proficiency in time management and strategic planning.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a cross-functional team.
