Business Development Manager (Semicon - Positive Displacement Pump)
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Expansion:
Develop and execute business strategies across Southeast Asia including Japan and korea to grow pump adoption in semiconductor fabs . - Sales & Account Management:
Manage full sales cycle, build relationships with key accounts (IDMs, foundries, tool makers, chemical integrators), and meet revenue targets. - Technical Support:
Provide application-specific pump solutions for ultra-pure chemical transfer, slurry handling, CMP, and etching processes. - Channel Management:
Build and support local distributors and system integrators. Deliver training and joint customer engagements. - Market Intelligence:
Track semicon industry trends, fab expansions, and competitor activity. Provide strategic feedback to HQ. - Forecasting & Reporting:
Maintain accurate pipeline reporting, sales forecasting, and CRM updates.
Requirement:
- Engineering degree (Mechanical/Chemical preferred).
- 58+ years working experience in Postive Displacement pumps for semiconductor industry .
- Regional travel (~3050%) required.
- Proven Sales track record
