Responsibilities

• Manage the ticketing counter and provide assistance to customers with their enquiries
• Support the sale of over-the-counter kiosk products
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of work areas
• Perform any other relevant tasks or assignments as assigned by the management

Requirements

• GCE 'N' Levels/ Nitec in Retail or any related discipline
• Possess customer service mindset and ability to engage with people
• Motivated and passionate about delighting our customers
• Able to work on weekends and public holiday
