Office Administrator (MNC/ Immediate)
Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Responsible for carrying out events and activities for employee engagement.
- Renewal of agreements for office equipment's, office supplies, office services, Travel contracts, etc. and keeping all agreements/contract up to date.
- Coordination with Building Management for smooth office operations.
- To work with NPR/procurement team for contracts and agreements renewals.
- Provide support to HR Business Partner during recruitment and joining of new employees.
- Assisting the management by providing general support services across the functions in Singapore. Services include support for HR, compliance, Legal and Purchasing functions whilst being responsible for the overall day to day running of the office.
- Provide administration support across the India office whilst being the direct link and first point of contact for the functions as identified.
- Ensure the day-to-day activities are processed efficiently and deadlines are met in accordance with the stakeholder needs.
- Ensure business travel needs are taken care efficiently and to monitor and ensure the administration team works cohesively while attending to various operational needs of each department.
- Ensuring Office facilities are well-maintained, facility is clean and maintained, oversee any renovation, refurbishments and office projects.
- Forecasts, allocates, and supervises the financial and physical resources of the facility management.
- Office budget management and cost effectiveness.
- Manage and Renewal of service Annual Maintenance contracts (AMC).
- To ensure all employees are adhere to compliance.
- Ensure Timely payments to vendors.
- Accountable for all office administration task such as travel & accommodation etc.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in business administration or equivalent with minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Previous office admin management experience of least 3 years.
- Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role.
- Willingness and ability to travel.
- Negotiation skills.
