Job:
- Administration:
- Administers plant wide day-to-day activities including new hires, and resignation.
- Maintains HR database with accurate and timely information.
- Maintains plant wide filing system to ensure records are promptly updated and kept.
- Provides services pertaining to certification letter and SPR application.
- Support in data collection for consultant and adhoc surveys.
- Handle in-coming and out-going mails, including courier services (local & overseas)
- Disseminating regular mailers ,collaterals etc
- Assist in administrative matters as and when required
- HRIS
- To administer an efficient & user-friendly HRIS
- To ensure system integrity by conducting regular audit
- To remove barriers such that efficiency is enhanced and productivity is increased
- To develop efficient filing system of documents
- Work Pass Administration
- Work passes application and renewal
- 6 Monthly medical check up follow up
- Foreign work address update
