Supply Chain Director (Based in China)

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Supply Chain Director to lead and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations. This role is based in China, and we are looking for a highly capable professional to drive efficiency, enhance supplier relationships, and ensure seamless logistic and procurement processes.

Key responsibilities:

Develop and implement the company's overall supply chain strategy, ensuring optimal resource allocation and efficiency.

Oversee production planning, procurement, warehousing, and logistics, continuously improving processes and implementing preventive measures.

Establish and enhance supplier and carrier evaluation systems, ensuring cost control, quality standards, and supply reliability.

Lead procurement, inventory, and shipping planning while managing order execution, tracking, and compliance.

Build and develop a high-performing supply chain team, driving standardization and operational excellence.

Manage and resolve supply chain disruptions, strengthening communication and risk management frameworks.

Collaborate with the marketing team to address customer complaints, implement preventive strategies, and improve customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

Bachelors degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related fields.

Minimum 10 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in a leadership role.

Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, with proven team management experience.

High level of integrity, strong service mindset, and ability to thrive under pressure.

Proficiency in office software and SAP or other ERP systems.

Experience working in Chinas supply chain and logistics environment is an advantage

This position is based in China, and candidates should be willing to relocate or already be residing in China.
