Responsibilities:

• Project work, including business analysis, system design and solutions, and project management: 60%
• Production support: 30%
• General IT support in Vietnam: 10%
• Lead Systems Development Project to ensure timeline, quality, and ROI.
• Deliver flexible, sustainable merchandising and operations solutions.
• Represent IT as an equal strategic partner with business, IT, and external partners.
• Drives application support, including production issues and technology solutions.
• Accountable in managing projects from discovery to adoption, within budget and on time.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of IT experience, 5-8 years with business analysis experience.
• Business Analysis and Problem-Solving Skills
• Strong business analysis and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in business supply chain and operations.
• Solid interpretation of system solutions.
• IT Experience in the Fashion Industry (nice to have).
• Excellent data analytical skills for performance assessment.
• Experience with large-scale, cross-functional, and international project implementations.
• Willingness to work off-hours and weekends as needed.
• Enterprise-wide understanding of business and systems.
• Ability to break down complex ideas into simple concepts.
• Experience with Service Now, Product Lifecycle Management, Supply Chain Collaboration, ERP, and SAP.
• Desired knowledge with Environmental and Social Governance, Sustainability, Circularity solutions, big data analytics, and AI models.
• Excellent English skills for effective communication with partners.
