Onsite IT & Project Management Support

 Job Description:

1 Year Contract role

Salary Range: Up to SGD 5,500.00 per month 


We are seeking for a highly motivated individual to provide onsite IT support/ServiceDesk to the Singapore users and support the IT team in Project rollouts.

Your main responsibilities will include the following:

Onsite Support

  • Support for local IT room and MTR setup
  • VIP support for IT related topics
  • IT Asset inventory maintenance (Deployment and redeployment for DaaS and non-DaaS)
  • IT Shop admin and support
  • Responsible for TAF related ticket creation and escalation (ServiceNow)
  • Supports SEA general IT related issues and topics (once a week)
  1. Service Delivery
  • Support and advise end-user on system functions and release
  • Follow up on preventive actions and ensure implementation of tasks.
  • Maintain system configurations based on business usage/setup
  • Ensure the team use correct methodology, templates and tools to support service delivery process
  • Responsible for Non-TAF ticket escalation and resolution from local Business
  1. General IT functions
  • Support CIO on special task and activities i.e Business intelligence, IT workshops and digital innovation
  • Support IT in accordance to IT guidelines, security standard, risk control, reporting, communications
  • Continuous Improvement activities throughout the whole local IT and SEA organisation
  • Following up on delivery of IT vendors for local IT services and hardware
  • Support onboarding/offboarding process for all employees of SEA
  • Day to day support for general IT topics but not limited to 
  1. IT Project Support
  • Supports approved project rollout (Windows and system upgrade, Infra-related topics)
  • Support cross-department projects
  • Provide status update on project activities to local IT Organization

And any other suitable tasks assigned.

  • JOB REQUIREMENTS
    • Relevant Tertiary Education in business management and/ or IT management.
    • Experience in Unix, Wintel, M365 and other IT technologies are preferred.
    • Experience in IT Project coordination/Support Understanding of and commitment to IT as a service function
    • At least 2~3 years or more end-user IT support experience
    • Good understanding of relevant business processes & applications as the international sales organization, understanding or business processes as governance tool to secure compliance and efficiency
    • Very self-reliant working style
    • Working in an international and intercultural context
    • Good spoken and written English
    • Good planning and organizational skills
    • Good communication and training skills
    • Independent and a self-motivator
    • Servicedesk support for Business end users
