We are hiring on behalf of a leading international consultant firm for an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of an ERP system for the manufacturing plant 

Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Management:
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate with global teams to ensure alignment and integration of project activities.
• Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary to ensure successful completion.
• Stakeholder Management:
• Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related matters.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Facilitate meetings and presentations to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
• Team Leadership:
• Lead and motivate a cross-functional project team.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members and ensure accountability from both IT and business teams.
• Provide guidance and support to team members to achieve project goals.
• Risk Management:
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor and manage project risks and issues, escalating as necessary.
• Quality Assurance:
• Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure compliance with project objectives.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on ERP implementation.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale projects in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in implementing ERP systems at manufacturing sites, covering functional areas such as production planning, inventory management, quality control, procurement, and supply chain management.
• Fluency in English and Chinese is required.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional team environment.
