Responsibilities

• Responsible for driving and executing the Industry 4.0 digital transformation roadmap within the scope of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
• Develop and manage existing MES as part of our Industry 4.0 digital transformation roadmap with compliance to data modelling standards and security requirements.
• Explore and drive projects utilizing RPA to automate processes and administrative tasks by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Training, knowledge transfer and documentation of developed solutions to operational teams
• Any other ad hoc duties as and when required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science
• Preferably at least 1 year relevant working experience in a software development environment including internship experience
• Solid grasp of software development fundamentals
• Strong analytical skills to translate and optimise business needs into IS/IT solutions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience in project management and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Hands-on experience with UiPath or other RPA tools
• Full stack development in field of web applications, hands-on experience with PHP, C# and Rust
• Self-motivated and possesses positive attitude with strong sense of responsibility
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
