- Study assembly method and calculate cutting time for new product.

- Searching, selection and execute to invest machines, equipment, tooling, sub materials for manufacturing Prepare necessary items for implementing new products.

- Design fixture, execute tape check for new product.

- Prepare and update QC sheets, manuals, check sheets for manufacturing section

- Improve process for ensuring capacity and reduction cost.

- Investigate root cause, take countermeasures and improvement for reduction defective at not only workshop but customer side.

- Can go to Japan to train and work for 2 years

Requirements: 

-Graduate university related to mechanical technology.

-Can make graph, analyses data, geometric dimensioning

-Must use Auto CAD well, can use 3D software such as: Pro-E or NX in designing is advantage.

- Have working experience more than 2 years

-Able to speak English, can use Japanese is advantage.

-Have knowledge about problem solving and skill to make report
