Industry: Wholesaler ( Poultry, Processed Food )
Location: North
Working Hours: Monday Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm
Basic up $3500 + Transport Allowance + Commissions

Job Responsibilities

• Manage traditional food market customer accounts. (Coffee shop, wet market, hawker and etc.)
• Manage customer orders daily ensure all orders received by ordering department and work closely with ordering team.
• Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
• To handle customer service and complaint daily and collaborate with internal team closely to ensure customer complaint is settled.
• To monitor closely customer payment term and ensure no overdue amount based on contract.
• To collect customer payment and ensure all accounts are on track.
• Maintaining good rapport with existing customers.
• Establish new business opportunity and meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Participating in sales team meetings.

Requirements:

• Minimum O Level qualifications.
• Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in food industry ( Traditional market: Coffee shop, wet market, hawker and etc.)
• Must have valid driving license in class 3. (Transport provided)
• Willing to learn, can-do attitude and passion for sales.
