A. Build Brand & Marketing Strategy

  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitors to shape long-term and short-term marketing plans.
  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns across platforms from Amazon to Instagram to boost brand awareness and reach.
  • Craft a consistent brand story that resonates emotionally and stands out creatively.
  • B. Manage Brand Identity & Consistency
  • Own and evolve our brand identity visuals, tone of voice, and storytelling across all touchpoints.
  • Develop a long-term brand management plan, including repositioning or expansion as needed.
  • Strengthen brand loyalty through thoughtful customer programs and personalized content strategies.
  • C. Lead Campaign Execution & Optimization
  • Set clear KPIs for every campaign track awareness, affinity, loyalty and optimize as you go.
  • Analyze results, build insights, and report regularly on how the brand is growing and performing.
  • Be hands-on in improving both creative and business impact.
  • D. Grow & Inspire a Creative Marketing Team
  • Build and lead a small, passionate marketing team that thrives on collaboration and creativity.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, shared purpose, and mutual growth.
  • Mentor and guide team members to stay aligned with brand principles and evolving trends.
  • E. Manage Brand Risks
  • Develop a brand risk management process monitor platforms, identify red flags early, and take timely action.
  • Lead brand reputation efforts and handle media issues or crisis scenarios with grace and clarity

III. What We're Looking For Experience & Knowledge:

  • Background in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in brand & marketing roles (with 2+ years in a leadership/managerial position).
  • Ideally from creative, publishing, FMCG, or lifestyle/retail industries.
  • Strategic thinking with a strong pulse on market and cultural trends.
  • Experience with cross-platform storytelling and community engagement.

Skills

  • Strong creative instincts and visual taste - you know what feels right and can brief/design accordingly.
  • Great communicator - persuasive, empathetic, and clear across teams and channels.
  • Confident in setting goals, managing timelines, and keeping everyone aligned.
  • Leadership that uplifts - you help your team grow, feel heard, and do their best work.
