Responsibilities:

• Reports to Legal Director
• Review tenders and projects
• Identify and explain legal risks to the stakeholders
• Draft, review and negotiate sales, support/maintenance, professional services, reseller, distribution and supplier agreements, statement of work, memorandum of understandings, consortium and teaming agreements, prime and sub-contracts etc.
• Advise on general legal matters (i.e. on data protection, cybersecurity, intellectual property and competition/trade issues).
• Develop, educate, implement and enforce legal policies in conjunction with management.
• Support, monitor, advise and ensure compliance on compliance related matters.
• Assist in corporate secretarial work and handling the contract database.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of relevant in house experience
• Experience in IT/finance sector
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
