Customer Relations Executive

 Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring regular communication and understanding their needs to foster loyalty and long-term engagement.
  • Provide prompt, efficient, and satisfactory responses to customer inquiries.
  • Provide quotation to customers.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints and feedback to customers as soon as possible.
  • Ensure timely processing of customer orders and delivery.
  • Maintain accurate customer records.
  • Provide reports to management on customer satisfaction, issues resolved, feedback received, to help improve overall customer relations strategies as well as reports for sales forecast.
  • Work closely with other departments such as sales, marketing, operations and purchasing to enhance customer relationship.
  • Spearhead to set up a customer relations team when business expands

Requirements:

  • Polytechnic Diploma in Business or equivalent
  • 2 years of related working experience
  • Strong communication & co-ordination skills
  • Able to work independently with initiative and self-motivation
  • Excellent leadership skill
  • Travel overseas for exhibition if needed.
