Customer Relations Executive
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring regular communication and understanding their needs to foster loyalty and long-term engagement.
- Provide prompt, efficient, and satisfactory responses to customer inquiries.
- Provide quotation to customers.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints and feedback to customers as soon as possible.
- Ensure timely processing of customer orders and delivery.
- Maintain accurate customer records.
- Provide reports to management on customer satisfaction, issues resolved, feedback received, to help improve overall customer relations strategies as well as reports for sales forecast.
- Work closely with other departments such as sales, marketing, operations and purchasing to enhance customer relationship.
- Spearhead to set up a customer relations team when business expands
Requirements:
- Polytechnic Diploma in Business or equivalent
- 2 years of related working experience
- Strong communication & co-ordination skills
- Able to work independently with initiative and self-motivation
- Excellent leadership skill
- Travel overseas for exhibition if needed.
