Business Development Manager (Hong Kong)

 Job Description:

We are assisting a high innovative International Genetic company seeking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to expand the growth of diagnostic test product.

Location: Hong Kong

Report to: Regional Commercial Director

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Market Growth & Expansion: develop the new market opportunity, increase the market share.
  • Strategic Partnerships: conduct the partnerships to healthcare providers, diagnostic firms, and clients in Hongkong to establish product distribution.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, ensuring the long-term success and profitability of Spot-MAS in the Taiwan market.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct the market research and in-dept analysis to clarify customer needs, competitors, and market trends of the companys product were aiming to convert into the business strategies.
  • Product Positioning: Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to effectively position Spot-MAS in the Taiwan market, tailoring messaging and strategies to local needs.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all business development activities comply with Hong Kongs regulatory requirements and ethical standards in the biotech and healthcare industries.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including R&D, marketing, and operations, to align business development efforts with company goals and product evelopment.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Biotechnology, Life Science or related field
  • Hold at least 5 years of experience in commercial, sales, or business development in genetic solutions, medical device, or healthcare
  • Preferable experience in Oncology product, molecular biology, or biotechnology.
  • Proven records in drive sales growth, and market expansion is preferable.
  • Excellent in research & analysis skills
  • Good presentation & communication skills
