Assistant Manager, HR Generalist/Recruitment
Job Description:
- Partner with Heads of Departments to understand business complexities by aligning with business objectives, developing resourcing strategies, and delivering hiring plans
- To perform end to end recruitment process from sourcing, interview, selection, offer, negotiation to on-boarding of new hires for middle management positions.
- Ensure necessary on-boarding documentation and activities are completed promptly and accurately.
- Organize and participate in recruitment/outreach fairs as and when necessary.
- Improve operations by defining and monitoring metrics to ensure recruiting efficiency
- Manage and guide team member on resourcing processes, ensuring business objectives are achieved.
Requirements - Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline, from a recognized university.
- Minimum 5 years of full cycle recruiting experience, preferably with combination of in-house and external agencies experience.
- People-oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills
