MANAGER, COMPENSATION & BENEFITS (C&B)

 Job Description:

Drive the formulation and execution of HR strategy for non-medical compensation, performance management and benefits to reinforce the organisations attraction and retention of talents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Non-medical C&B team to develop C&B and performance management strategies, and translate them into policies, practices, and processes.
  • Oversee the annual review exercise for performance management, salary increment and bonuses
  • Participate in annual salary benchmarking exercises and reviews.
  • Manage the benefits administration and vendors.
  • Build collaborative partnership with external and internal stakeholders and provide C&B recommendations and solutions to HR teams and business departments.
  • Derive insights from C&B data to enable more effective people decisions and optimize cost.
  • Conduct internal audits and reviews to ensure compliance to relevant regulations and policies

Job Requirements

  • Degree in HR with 15 years of experience in HR, with a focus on compensation, benefits and performance management.
    At least 5 years of supervisory experience
    Strong attention to details and management of confidential information
    Strong analytical and communication skills
    Comfortable with multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced environment
