  1. Salary Budget: 70K (Maximum)
  2. Job Summary:

    • Manage and develop HR strategies within the organization to enhance employees' skills and knowledge, enabling them to work efficiently and achieve organizational goals.
    • Establish policies and guidelines for recruitment and selection systems, analyze workforce needs, develop HR strategic plans, and set HR objectives.
  3. Role and Responsibilities:

    • Plan and execute HR development initiatives, including skill and knowledge enhancement programs to prepare employees for their roles.
    • Support recruitment and selection of new employees by defining qualifications and criteria suitable for various positions within the organization.
    • Oversee training and development programs by providing consultation and support to ensure employees acquire the necessary skills and knowledge for their roles.
    • Align HR policies with the organizations vision and goals to ensure that the workforce is equipped to adapt to change.
    • Manage HR resources and budget to ensure operations are efficient and within the allocated budget.
    • Support career development and long-term perspectives to enable employees to grow and advance within the organization.
    • Plan and supervise HR projects to ensure they are effective and meet organizational objectives.
    • Create and analyze HR-related reports and metrics, providing valuable information to aid in decision-making and organizational planning.
  4. Qualifications:

    • Education: Bachelors degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, or a related field.
    • Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience in HR management, HR development, or a related role, with preference given to candidates with experience in large organizations.
    • Skills:
      • Strong planning and project management skills.
      • Proficiency in managing plans and budget control.
      • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
      • Good understanding of HR principles, learning and development management, recruitment, and organizational HR management.
    • Team Management: Ability to lead the team and drive department personnel toward success.
