IT Support (Helpdesk)
Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Handle and resolve technical issues for employees related to desktops, laptops, or network services, both on-site and remotely.
- Manage incoming IT support requests, troubleshoot problems, and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Set up, configure, and maintain company desktops and laptops, including software installation and upgrades.
- Keep accurate records of IT assets like hardware and software.
- Manage mobile devices and telecommunications, including setting up and managing contracts and phone numbers.
- Maintain good relationships with users and keep them updated on their support cases.
- Perform other tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in IT helpdesk support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
- A team player with a proactive attitude.
