Responsibilities

• Follow up and convert motor insurance renewals for existing and new customers. 
• Cross-sell other general insurance products to customers. 
• Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure a positive customer experience. 
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs. 
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions in the Salesforce system. 
• Stay up to date with product knowledge, market trends, and industry regulations. 
• Collaborate with the coworkers/ insurers/respective stakeholder to develop strategies for revenue growth. 
• Ensure appropriate sales processes are followed and compliance is adhered. 
• Being customer-centric by gathering customers' feedback, ideas, and suggestions to bring the team/organization closer to our customers. 

Requirements 

• Minimum graduate/ diploma, with 2 years Motor insurance experience with other General insurance products knowledge
• Candidates who possess BCP, PGI, HI or ComGI will have added advantage 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
  
• Alexandra, Monday 830am - 630pm, Tuesday - Friday 830am - 615pm, 1 year contract with full benefits, basic $3000-3500 + attractive commission up to $2400
