Responsibilities:

• Assess, evaluate, plan and conduct rehabilitation programme for clients
• Ensure proper use of equipment including technological-assisted rehabilitation equipment
• Ensure clients file documentation, records and statistics are accurate to reflect care provided
• Assist in the discharge planning and care plan for clients
• Conduct assessments for clients during admission and periodic reviews
• Provide individual and group interventions for clients
• Participate in case discussion with care team
• Assist in the development and review of rehabilitation and wellness programmes for clients
• Ensure proper use of equipment including technological-assisted rehabilitation equipment
• Training and supervision of Therapy Assistants
• Scope of work include prescription, care of equipment, completion and management of clients records, and compliance with audit requirement
• Any other duties as assigned by Reporting Officer

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Physiotherapy and registered with AHPC
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience preferably with 2 years in step-down care outpatient settings
• Understanding of neurological rehabilitation and musculoskeletal condition
• Dynamic and proactive personality with good public relation and communication skills
• BCLS trained (Basic Cardiopulmonary Life Support)
