Responsibilities

• Consistently meet monthly sales objectives.
• Actively seek customer feedback, promote products, and identify new business prospects.
• Plan and manage events such as roadshows and in-store promotions.
• Enhance product offerings in retail outlets by effective categorization and merchandising.
• Ensure the upkeep of marketing materials, promotional items, store displays, point-of-sale elements, and signage in stores.
• Manage inventory, including regular stock checks.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
• Perform various other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in the retail industry.
• Driven by sales, proactive, and able to perform well in a fast-paced setting.
• Exhibit strong creativity and imaginative thinking.
• A team player with strong service orientation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Capable of working independently and within a team environment.
• Available to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
