Administrative Executive, Chairmans Office
Reports directly to Manager, Chairmans Office
The incumbent will provide secretarial and administrative support to the Chairmans Office. This includes preparing materials for meetings, presentations, speeches and ensuring reports and papers are collated and submitted in a timely manner. In addition, you will plan the schedules of Chairmans Personal Drivers and assist in the delivery arrangements pertaining to festive giftings and social events, processing of expense claims and general office management.
Requirements
- Degree in Humanities with major in English/ English Literature/ History or relevant discipline
- Minimum 2 years of administrative/ secretarial support experience
- Familiar with MS Office and Applications such as SharePoint, Forms and Teams
- Possess professional ethics and a high standard of confidentiality
- Ability to write clearly and concisely
- Highly organized, adaptable with ability to work independently
- Ability to multi-task with attention to details in a fast-paced environment
- Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
