Responsibilities

• Process loan disbursements for Residential and Commercial properties.
• Oversee the submission and proper handling of mortgage documents for signing and safekeeping.
• Draft and issue Letters of Offer and Supplementary Letters of Offer.
• Prepare Letters of Instruction for law firms and valuation companies.
• Address inquiries and resolve issues from Branches, Business Units, and the Customer Contact team.
• Obtain property insurance quotes from our insurance partners.
• Set up new accounts for individual and corporate borrowers.
• Perform any adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Diploma in Business, Banking & Finance or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience handling loan documentation in a Bank or Financial Institution
• Good team player and able to work independently.
• Good time management skills and able to meet deadlines.
