Working Hours: Monday Friday, 9am to 1pm ( to be discuss and confirmed during interview )

$12 per hour

Job Responsibilities:

• Preparation and submission of monthly progress claim to customers before the monthly cut off date
• Close follow up with Operations department on the site reports for billing of progress claims
• Meticulous in figures and details for the claims
• Issuance of tax invoices upon receiving of payment certificates from customers
• Ensuring that payment certificates are received on time from customers
• Ensuring payment received by due date of tax invoices
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by Superior from time to time

Requirements:

• O Level and above
• Prior accounting experience
• This is a part time/ temporary position for 4-5 months until end of November 2024
