Recruitment Manager (English/Chinese/Long Thanh IP)

Responsible for the recruitment of all positions in the company: 

1. Communicate with various departments, clarify recruitment needs, and formulate recruitment plans. 

2. Recruitment channel management: maintain and expand recruitment channels, including recruitment websites, social media, campus recruitment, etc. 

3. Resume screening and interview arrangement: screen resumes, arrange interviews, follow up on interview results, and set salaries. 

4. Recruitment process optimization: continuously improve the recruitment process and improve efficiency. 

5. Recruitment data analysis: regularly analyze recruitment data and provide improvement suggestions. 

6. Assist in improving the company's employer brand and attract outstanding talents. 

7. New employee onboarding: track the status of candidates after the interview, communicate in a timely manner and assist in the onboarding procedures to ensure that the candidates integrate smoothly.

Requirements: 

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in human resources management, psychology and other related majors are preferred. 

2. Work experience: 1-3 years of recruitment experience, familiar with recruitment processes and channels. 

3. Communication skills: Have good communication and coordination skills. 

4. Analytical skills: Able to analyze recruitment data and make suggestions for improvement. 

5. Stress resistance: Able to work in a high-intensity environment and complete tasks on time. 

6. Tool use: Proficient in using office software and recruitment management system. 

7. Teamwork: Have a team spirit and can effectively collaborate with various departments.
