Job Description

Be fully responsible for the daily management of the module workshop, be responsible for the organization and arrangement of the production plan within the department, monitor the implementation and completion, and communicate and feedback in a timely manner to ensure that the orders are delivered on time; 

 Be responsible for the formulation and improvement of various production management systems and work processes in the workshop, and organize and implement the assessment system; 

 Be responsible for production planning tasks, and achieve performance improvement work in various tasks such as safe production, quality management, efficiency management, energy-saving production management, on-site 5S management, and team building; 

Reasonably deploy personnel to ensure normal production in the workshop; according to the production plan, reserve key position employees in advance, and select and reserve grassroots management personnel; 

Be responsible for training, guiding, caring for, and motivating subordinates to promote workshop culture construction; 

Be responsible for handling various complaints from employees and coordinating the relationship between the front and back departments; 

Be responsible for controlling various costs and expenses of the department, and be responsible for the management of fixed assets and tooling tools in the workshop, and take inventory to ensure that the accounts and items are consistent; 

Communicate and execute relevant documents within the company and department. 

Responsible for departmental functions: quality, project sets and topics, engineering technology and process optimization

Job Requirement

Bachelor degree or above, management, mechatronics; 

More than 3 years of manufacturing related work experience, more than 2 years of experience in the same industry and team management, can be relaxed for excellent ability. 

Production management knowledge, lean production, human resource management, basic knowledge of finance and statistics, familiar with the operation of office software. 

Have good communication skills and organizational coordination skills, strong judgment and decision-making ability and language organization ability. 

Knowledge requirements: module whole machine process; module component failure mode analysis; basic production management knowledge; basic knowledge of efficiency improvement; production safety common sense; IE seven techniques; 5S; total quality management; QC seven techniques, basic knowledge of anti-static; fragmentation problem analysis guide; structural problem analysis guide; production quality process related company documents, etc.; 

Language: fluent in Chinese (if you have experience in the same industry of producing televisions, there is no language requirement)
