Assistant Marketing Manager

Trade Marketing Thailand Office

Position Overview:

As a Trade Marketing in our Thailand office, you will be a key player in designing, planning, and executing

a wide range of marketing initiatives to drive the company's success in both B2B and B2C environments.

You will work closely with sales, brand teams, and external partners to ensure impactful marketing

strategies and activities that align with business goals.

Core Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Communications (B2B & B2C):

o Develop, distribute, track, and report on communication strategies aimed at both

business clients and consumers.

o Support B2B customers with contracts, commercial agreements, and related reporting.

2. Promotions & Sales Support:

o Design and execute sales promotions, setting KPIs and ensuring the best ROI on

investments.

o Develop and distribute POS and merchandising materials to partner retailers, ensuring

visibility and brand consistency.

3. Event Management:

o Plan and manage events, including supplier negotiations, execution, and post-event

reporting. Travel may be required within Thailand and potentially overseas for events

and sponsorships.

4. Digital and Social Media Marketing:

o Manage digital platforms including websites, CRM, customer portals, and promotional

pages.

o Coordinate digital and social media activations to engage consumers and enhance brand

presence.

o Monitor and report on competitors' activities to adjust strategies and ensure a

competitive edge.

5. Supplier and Budget Management:

o Select and manage marketing suppliers, overseeing internal approval processes,

purchase orders, and invoicing.

o Monitor and report on marketing budgets and ensure efficient use of resources across

campaigns.

6. Content Development:

o Create and distribute institutional content such as pricelists, catalogs, and promotional

booklets.

o Handle media relations and public relations activities to enhance brand presence in the

market.

7. Customer Enquiries:

o Address consumer inquiries via email and phone, providing prompt and professional

responses.

8. Market Insights:

o Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and consumer

behavior insights to guide marketing strategies.

o Report findings and adjust strategies accordingly to ensure the company remains

competitive.

What We Are Looking For:

Bachelors degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Economics, Communication, or a related

Proven experienced in trade marketing, sales, or marketing roles, ideally within the automotive

ire, lubricant or relevant sector.

Skills:

o Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with

teams and external partners.

o Excellent analytical skills to assess market data, competitor actions, and campaign

performance.

o Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

o Proficiency in both Thai and English.
