HR Executive

 Job Description:

Industry: Marine Engineering
Location: Tuas ( Company transport provided at Jurong East & Marsiling MRT)
Working Hours: Monday Friday, 8.30am to 5.15pm
Good Remuneration Package

Responsibilities:

  • HR administration such as data entry, filing, prepare employment contracts, letters and other documentation
  • Support in monthly payroll including attendance checking and overtime processing
  • Administration on employee insurance, government paid claims, staff benefit claims, employee training and others
  • Support and manage in company's events and activities such as stock take, annual dinner, festive celebration and others
  • Prepare and deliver timely and accurate data, reports and office administration
  • Carry out end-to-end recruitment, on-boarding, employee exit management, performance management, implementation of HR policies and procedures, staff training & development
  • Conduct staff orientation and regular briefing on company policies and procedures
  • Administration on Foreign workers work pass application/renewal/cancellation
  • Participate in HR projects and provide any other HR support as and when assigned

Requirement:

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management / Administration / Business Studies
  • Experience in the Construction/Manufacturing industrial sector
  • Familiar with MOM regulations, HR practices, Employment Act, HRIS
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate between HR and other departments
  • Knowledge in Info-Tech system is an added advantage
