Inside Sales Executive

 Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supports in cooperation with the Sales engineers on those allocated Singapore customers based on yearly review and also newly activated customer if needed.
  • Create the business opportunity with the targeted existing and prospective clients in Singapore
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable components or solutions
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations over the phone
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers
  • Generate quotes based on customer enquired part and request for sample support.
  • Follow up on quotations/samples and project status, and if needed, visit clients together with sales engineers or our Field application engineers
  • Ensure the active status on the allocated customers to maintain every year.
  • Define a proper marketing strategy to establish a stable business relationship with the customers allocated.
  • Work closely with internal team to achieve high standards of customer service and technical support.
  • Follow up on support to customer for order loading till the payment is completed.
  • Generate and provide timely update on the customer status.
  • Any other tasks and duties that may be assigned by direct reporting manager on an ad-hoc basis.

The Talent

  • Diploma/degree in Electronics or Electrical engineering
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship building skills
  • A proactive and goal oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
