Inside Sales Executive
Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:
- Supports in cooperation with the Sales engineers on those allocated Singapore customers based on yearly review and also newly activated customer if needed.
- Create the business opportunity with the targeted existing and prospective clients in Singapore
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable components or solutions
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations over the phone
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers
- Generate quotes based on customer enquired part and request for sample support.
- Follow up on quotations/samples and project status, and if needed, visit clients together with sales engineers or our Field application engineers
- Ensure the active status on the allocated customers to maintain every year.
- Define a proper marketing strategy to establish a stable business relationship with the customers allocated.
- Work closely with internal team to achieve high standards of customer service and technical support.
- Follow up on support to customer for order loading till the payment is completed.
- Generate and provide timely update on the customer status.
- Any other tasks and duties that may be assigned by direct reporting manager on an ad-hoc basis.
The Talent
- Diploma/degree in Electronics or Electrical engineering
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship building skills
- A proactive and goal oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
